It includes every difficulty spanning from The First Difficulty to The Final Difficulty., which are taken from The Grand Difficulty Chart Archive, Great Citadel of Hellish Difficulties, "Great Citadel of Custom, Impossible, and Normal Difficulties", and customs from Rose, the creator of GCoIIS before it was renamed due to drama.
