CST: illicit [BETA]

!! this is a beta gameplay test !! search open dumpsters around the alleyways to obtain weapons, scraps on the floor give you heals/throwables. If a player has a 5 streak and up, you can kill them for 5 extra kills; basically acting as a bounty. pc is currently the only supported platform, others are work in progress no i did not steal crim assets/code
