NOTICE: Don't be alarmed if your game randomly resets, it is likely me implementing an update. If you cannot spawn a car in certain places on the map, you are probably in an unrestricted zone. For example, in the train yard, you cannot spawn cars. Any car spawned has a 4 minute timer until it is self-deleted. If you abandon your train for 2 minutes, it will despawn automatically.
