Baldi's Basics (Events!)

Added Event's!, and also a little thing at the spawn. Current Event's: Arena, Escape The Spike's. Don't Excpect a good game, I have no idea how to script, but i know how to build. so that's good enough. Events will only happen if I am in the server.
