The platinum edition takes the concept of the survival game and executes it in a better way, by taking the dino park management, Jurassic Park Operation Genesis, and properly using it's assets and textures to create the 2000's old game feel. Obviously, there are more features to come, but for now, you have the simple survival game formula.
