Shut down = Necessary fix / update After a devastating civil war in 1620 that destroyed the Teiwaku and Koromiru Clans, the Honsenzu Empire was restored under a new ruling clan. Though the Koromiru Clan's deadly Akoji Virus vanished from The Network, rumors persist that it still exists. Soon after, humanity encountered the Asura, an alien race whose advanced technology had unintentionally accelerated Earth's development. Their attempt to suppress humanity sparked the War of the Creators, ending only when the exiled Asura, Izanami, aided the Honsenzu Empire in defeating the ruler of the Asura, Izanagi. By the year 2000, Earth is encircled by the Takamagahara, a colossal ring-shaped utopia built using Izanagi's divine spear. While the station stands as humanity's greatest achievement and strongest defense against future threats, one question remains: can mankind truly trust Izanami and the remaining Asura?
