Break into the bank vault, vacuum up every bill you can find, and feed it all to the shredder. You start out with a little hand vac. Shred enough cash and you can work your way up to backpack vacs, the Mega Vac and the Black Hole. Every bundle you shred turns into coins, so keep upgrading and keep digging. Just don't stay out too late. Things come out at night. Dig deep enough and you'll find the golden key. That opens the gold vault, and that's where the real heist starts.
