Serve every customer the right length, shape and topping, earn cash, and upgrade your stand: a bigger fryer, a faster press, new nozzles, a topping bar. 🌙 BY NIGHT The customers stop being normal. Spot the ones that are wrong and shut them out. Never let the fryer go cold. If the press gets hungry, feed it. And never wave back at the man across the street. 🕳️ THE POOL Every batch you make drains the big pool of dough out back. Rosa's lost things are down there... and so is something else.
